  NAIOP Austin invites you to celebrate the season of giving at our 5th Annual Christmas Charity Event, benefiting

  Toys for Tots. Together, we’ll help bring joy to Austin’s economically disadvantaged children. We encourage attendees to contribute by bringing new, unwrapped toys to fill the donation boxes at the event.
  
  This year, we’re hosting the event at the private Driftwood Downtown club on Colorado Street, providing a unique and festive atmosphere for this special occasion.  Our event will be located in the Tap Room where we will have access to golf simulator, video games, private bar and heavy appetizers.
  
  In addition to supporting a great cause, this event serves as our Chapter’s Annual Meeting, where we will:
  - Recap the highlights and accomplishments of 2025
  - Discuss our strategic vision and goals for 2026
  - Announce the election results for Chapter Director position
  
  Join us for an evening of celebration, charity, and community as we close out 2025 and look ahead to a prosperous new year!
