Developing Leaders CommitteeEnhance Connections. Developing Leaders is an exclusive program geared specifically toward professionals age 35 years and younger. Serving as advisors of the DL membership, the committee oversees planning and coordination of speakers for the DL curriculum, reviews and approves DL candidates, and provides mentoring and networking activities for current and alumni members.
