Nick Nelson, CCIM is the President of Deal Vision and inventor of its proprietary site selection and risk mitigation technology. A former electrician turned commercial real estate expert, he built a successful contracting firm before moving into brokerage, where his team ranked top 10 nationally with $40M in annual sales. A CCIM designee and past Central Texas Chapter President, Nick has earned national recognition, including the President’s Cup Award. He is also a noted authority in location intelligence, having presented advanced GIS analytics at the 2018 ESRI User Conference.
