Davis’ specialty is in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships with his clients. Since 2013, Davis has consistently been recognized as a top CoStar Power Broker, as well as being recognized as the Austin Business Journal’s #1 Heavy Hitter from 2015 to 2020. Prior to joining HPI, Davis attended Trinity University where he earned a B.S. in Finance while spending four years on the Trinity football team.

Newmark announces that Chris McColpin has joined the firm as Senior Managing Directors, specializing in Debt, Equity and Structured Finance services within the firm’s Capital Markets practice. Based in Austin, McColpin has joined Newmark to lead the commercial debt efforts in Texas while working closely with Newmark’s industrial, office and multifamily capital markets professionals. Prior to joining Newmark, McColpin served as a Managing Director of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, in Austin, where he facilitated debt and equity transactions across an array of property types. He previously served as a Vice President at Lone Star Funds’ credit affiliate, LStar Capital, and spent time at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs working on loan origination teams.

Kip Maxwell, Design Manager at MW Builders brings 10+ years of industry experience in pre-construction and engineering specializing in light industrial development, master-planning, and civil design. Maxwell helps lead the light industrial preconstruction efforts for MW Builders’ with a focus on design-build projects in Central Texas and nationwide. MW Builders has developed over 17+ million SF nationally with 10.9 million SF in the Central Texas market. Kip holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and if not spending time at with his family he is probably hunting or fishing.

Sam Owen joined Stream in 2008 and serves as Managing Director & Partner for the firm’s industrial division in Austin. Since joining Stream, Sam has been integral in servicing and growing the firm’s third-party services platform and currently represents many of the top institutional real estate owners in the country including AEW, Agellan Capital Partners, Black Creek Group, Clarion Partners, Dalfen Industrial, DRA Advisors, DWS, Link / Blackstone, IDI Logistics, and USAA. Sam focuses on customer service for existing clients, growth of the firm’s service business, development projects, and strategic opportunities for principal clients. Sam has established himself as a top industrial leasing and investment sales broker in the Austin market and was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for ten consecutive years (2011-2020). In addition, Sam has worked on the Austin Business Journal’s Top Industrial Deal of the Year for three consecutive years.

Clayton Strolle, a Principal with Westwood, oversees the Austin branch of the firm. Clayton has been in Austin for 2 years, having previously officed in the firm’s Dallas headquarters for 12 years. His project experience encompasses many of the firm’s project sectors, with a specialization in civil engineering for industrial development. Clayton holds a B.S. in both Civil Engineering and Architecture from Texas Tech University. He is a past NAIOP board member, and served as the Developing Leaders President of the North Texas Chapter. If he’s not spending time with his wife and daughter, Clayton is usually hunting, fishing or playing a round of golf.
